The URBIS brand was born in 1994 from the will of two schoolmates, both surveyors, who skillfully managed to identify and select important real estate professionals in the area, founding the current Urbis Real Estate agency.

Urbis Real Estate has remained a “traditional” agency where there are no switchboard operators who call and call back for market research and/or to propose the sale of a property; it deals with one of the most famous historical centers in the world and its territory and does not have properties to offer, but properties of certain value, often also emotional, since affection is also an important component of our existence.

Urbis real estate is an agency of enthusiasts who are still able to get excited in front of a exposed stone wall or in front of a ruined arch and with this passion they assist and accompany customers in one of the most important paths: the purchase of their own home.

I was born and have lived in Assisi since 1966, and every day I work in a profession that constantly brings me new experiences. I studied construction and real estate, striving to maximize what life has given me. I've always had a strong sense of independence, which allowed me to feel free, and hence, I began my freelance career as a surveyor in 1985. After years of working with passion and dedication, I launched a real estate business, which began almost as a joke with a classmate. Now, with my team, I work with and have worked on properties, including their enhancement and redevelopment, while fully respecting their architectural features. My true talent lies in making the dreams of those who choose to live in Assisi and Umbria come true. With my team, we tailor our clients as if we were real estate tailors. Therefore, it's not just a matter of searching for properties, but of finding the right connection between the human essence and the stone with which much of Umbria's real estate was built. After 39 years of experience and total dedication to those I've had the honor of serving, I can say I don't have clients, but friends whose presence has undoubtedly enriched and continues to enrich my life. I often call myself a rural surveyor because I apply to my life and work the few, yet basic, rules necessary to... reap the rewards.

My name is Daniela Brilli and I am co-owner of the URBIS Real Estate Agency in Assisi, which has been operating in the area since 1995. I have been a professional real estate agent since 2006, which has allowed me to manage every aspect of buying, selling, and leasing. Those who know me professionally appreciate my commitment to solving any home-related problem. My passion for this work is my greatest strength, and I strive to do everything with mutual respect.
