Home Staging literally means "staging", and is a form of marketing that focuses on the enhancement of a property, so that it can be sold / rented in the shortest possible time and at the right price.

According to some studies, the person who views a property decides whether or not to buy it in the first 90 seconds, in which that space must be prefigured as a future "home" (how to manage it and how to furnish it). And this is where home staging comes in, offering the right mix of real estate marketing, interior design, knowledge of furnishing fabrics and colors, complemented by professional photography.

All this will help to highlight the potential of the property, showing the prospective buyer everything that he is unable to imagine on his own.

There are several stages for a Home Staging intervention:

1. Analysis and Design

In this phase the home stager, who is a figure similar to the architect because both have the task of designing interior spaces, only he does it not for a client he knows, but for a potential buyer. He will present a proposal that is the result of research in the real estate market, looking at the target audience and the area of the property.

The project will indicate the platforms to be used to advertise the sale, studying an effective ad by adding photographs, 3D renderings and videos.

2. Virtual Home Staging

This phase very often, if done well, means that the property is sold directly on paper without the need for physical home staging.

3.Home Physical Staging

A personal visit can be canceled by the second but otherwise it consists in setting up the property so that buyers "feel at home"

According to the latest national statistics and conducted by 200 Staged Home stagers, there is 77,2% less time for a staged home for sale than the average, and 96,7% of time saved for properties in rent.
